Mr. Hoffman, founder of WmHoffman Business & Financial Plans, has over 30 years of business planning, development, implementation, and operating experience with a wide range of startups and ongoing businesses.

He has held numerous management positions in almost every area of business including finance, accounting, manufacturing, operations, warehousing, shipping and receiving, materials management, inventory control, logistics, new product development, business mergers and acquisitions, marketing, sales, strategic alliance and partnering, company-wide computer systems design and implementation, PC networks installation and integration, contracts, purchasing, subcontracts, and negotiations, as well as real estate acquisition, development, and management.

He has worked with numerous small, medium, and large service and manufacturing companies -- operating in local, national, and international markets -- in private, public, and governmental sectors.

Mr. Hoffman holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in Business as well as a law degree.

He has also received numerous awards, certificates, and recognition in a wide variety of fields.

Mr. Hoffman and his firm have prepared hundreds of business plans for external funding and internal purposes. External purposes have included private investor, venture capital, and public funding, as well as trade credit and bank loans. Internal purposes have included pro forma financial statements, budgeting and cash flow analysis, manufacturing and operational planning, sales forecasting, and systems implementation.
